F30Ark series capsule house
A one-bedroom suite with a full glass wall. 29.8 m² · 1 bedroom · 1 living area · 1 bathroom

The F30 is a space capsule house that fits a bedroom, a living area and a bathroom into 29.8 m². One long side is almost entirely glass, so the room opens to the site while the shell stays compact enough for dense layouts.
The long elevation is glazed from floor to ceiling, ideal for view-facing rows.

An overhead window brings in daylight and a view of the sky at night.

At 9.3 × 3.2 m it suits tight plots and closely spaced glamping layouts.

Bathroom, lighting, curtains, the control panel and air conditioning are installed before the module ships.

A welded 80 × 80 × 5 mm rectangular steel frame carries the shell, floor and fit-out as one module. Standard configuration includes a separated wet and dry bathroom, water heater, lighting, curtains, a control panel and air conditioning.

For cold regions the manufacturer offers thicker insulation, trace-heated water lines and auxiliary electric heating. Hot-climate glazing and cooling are confirmed per site.

Specifications follow current manufacturer documentation and are confirmed with each quotation.
The F30 is a 29.8 m² space capsule house in the Ark series, the straight-bodied range with rounded edges. Inside its 9.3 × 3.2 m shell are a bedroom, a living area and a bathroom, and almost the whole of one long side is floor-to-ceiling glass.
Because the glass runs along the long side, F30 units work best in a row facing the view: a lake shore, a ridge or a stretch of beach. An overhead window above the bed adds daylight and a view of the sky at night. The compact footprint suits dense glamping layouts and sites where each unit has to fit between existing trees or terraces.
Best for
- Resort and glamping suites for two
- Holiday-rental retreats on smaller plots
- Studios and guest rooms beside an existing home

Questions about the F30
The F30 measures 9.3 × 3.2 × 3.2 m (L × W × H) and has a floor area of 29.8 m², with one bedroom, one living area and one bathroom.
Its main glazing is on one long side, so units are usually placed side by side with that wall towards the view. If the view is straight off the end of the unit, the N30 or X30, which have glazed ends, is usually the better fit.
Both belong to the Ark series. The F40 is 2.2 m longer (11.5 m), adds a second living area and a covered balcony, and has 38 m² of floor area against the F30's 29.8 m².
Yes. The F30 is fitted out at the factory and ships as one complete module, wrapped and strapped on a flat-rack container or carried as deck cargo. The packing method and port of loading are confirmed in the quotation.
Level footings, usually concrete piers or strip footings, sized by a local engineer for your soil and the unit's weight. Footings, utility connections and approvals are arranged locally.
