X30Dream series capsule house
A curved panoramic end for view-first sites. 29.1 m² · 1 bedroom · 1 bathroom · 1 balcony

The X30 is a space capsule house whose bedroom opens onto a balcony behind a curved panoramic glass end. At 29.1 m² it is made for sites where the view is the product: lakes, meadows and mountain edges.
The balcony end is wrapped in continuous curved glazing.

A private outdoor corner for each unit.

The streamlined shell stands out in resort marketing.

Bathroom, lighting, curtains, the control panel and air conditioning are installed before the module ships.

A welded 80 × 80 × 5 mm rectangular steel frame carries the shell, floor and fit-out as one module. Standard configuration includes a separated wet and dry bathroom, water heater, lighting, curtains, a control panel and air conditioning.

For cold regions the manufacturer offers thicker insulation, trace-heated water lines and auxiliary electric heating. Hot-climate glazing and cooling are confirmed per site.

Specifications follow current manufacturer documentation and are confirmed with each quotation.
The X30 is a Dream-series space capsule house built around one idea: a curved panoramic glass end. Its bedroom opens onto a balcony behind that glass, inside a streamlined 9.1 × 3.2 × 3.35 m shell with 29.1 m² of floor area and a bathroom.
Because the view is framed from the bed, the X30 is made for sites where the view is the product: lakes, meadows and mountain edges. It has no separate living area, which keeps it compact; for longer stays, compare it with the F40 or the N38.
Best for
- View-first private retreats

Questions about the X30
The X30 measures 9.1 × 3.2 × 3.35 m (L × W × H) and has a floor area of 29.1 m², with one bedroom, one bathroom and a balcony.
No. The layout is one bedroom, one bathroom and a balcony. If guests need a separate living area, look at the F30 or N30 (about 30 m²), or the F40 and N38 (about 38 m²).
At the single best view on the site. Space units so that neighbouring glass ends do not look at each other, and on hot sites shade the glass from the afternoon sun.
Yes. The X30 is fitted out at the factory and ships as one complete module, wrapped and strapped on a flat-rack container or carried as deck cargo. The packing method and port of loading are confirmed in the quotation.
Level footings, usually concrete piers or strip footings, sized by a local engineer for your soil and the unit's weight. Footings, utility connections and approvals are arranged locally.
