Common questions
Each unit needs power for lighting, water heating and air conditioning. On remote sites that can come from the grid, a generator or solar; size the supply to the load of every unit as part of the site plan.
By low trailer from the port, then a mobile crane lifts each one onto its footings. Check road widths, bridges, bends and gates on the final stretch before committing to a site.
Walls are insulated, glazing is double-glazed Low-E and air conditioning is standard. Heat, dust and storm conditions are reviewed for each site, and orientation and shade reduce the cooling load.
