Specifications follow current manufacturer documentation and are confirmed with each quotation.

The F16 is the smallest space capsule house in the range. Its Ark-series shell measures 5.6 × 2.8 × 3.0 m, and its 15.7 m² fit a bedroom and a complete bathroom behind a floor-to-ceiling glazed front.

Its size is its advantage: an F16 fits backyards, rooftops, courtyards and infill plots where a larger unit could not be lifted in. Owners use it as a guest studio, a garden office, a reception pod or an extra room beside a larger cabin.

Best for

  • Garden offices and studios
  • Guest rooms beside an existing home
  • Reception and check-in pods

The price of a F16 depends on its configuration (shell colour, glazing, climate package and fit-out), the number of units, the port of loading and the delivery terms. That is why this page shows no price: you receive a current, dated written quotation that states all of them.

Questions about the F16

The F16 measures 5.6 × 2.8 × 3.0 m (L × W × H) and has a floor area of 15.7 m², with one bedroom and one bathroom.

Yes. Despite its size it has a complete bathroom with a toilet and shower, installed at the factory as part of the standard fit-out.

Often, but check access first. A truck and a mobile crane have to reach a position from which the crane can lift the module over walls, trees or buildings onto level footings.

Yes. The F16 is fitted out at the factory and ships as one complete module, wrapped and strapped on a flat-rack container or carried as deck cargo. The packing method and port of loading are confirmed in the quotation.

Level footings, usually concrete piers or strip footings, sized by a local engineer for your soil and the unit's weight. Footings, utility connections and approvals are arranged locally.
