Unlike flat-pack buildings, space capsule houses travel as finished rooms. That saves weeks on site, but it shapes how they move from the factory in China to your site.
Wrapped, braced and strapped
Each module is fitted out at the factory, protected with a wrap, braced and then strapped to a flat-rack container or secured as deck cargo. Glass is protected on the inside and outside.

Ports and vessels
Because modules are oversized, they usually ship on flat racks or on vessels that take break-bulk cargo. Not every route or destination port handles them the same way, so the port of loading, the destination port and the shipping method are confirmed in the quotation.

Arrival and the last mile
At the destination, modules are unloaded, cleared through customs and trucked to site on low trailers. A mobile crane lifts each one onto its footings. Check bridge heights, bends and gates on the route in advance.

Photos show the manufacturer's packing, loading and installation work. Shipping responsibilities for each order follow its quotation and contract.
